04 Feb 1917: Objectives have been drawn for the three  armies of Armeegruppe Ost. 6th Army is an independent army. It shares the same section of the frontline as 5th Army, but its objective is the Moscow region. I've started producing the new Maschinepistole 18/1 and I have a deficit of almost 200,000 so I need to adjust the MFs in the Production schedule. That should help alleviated things. The objective for the Armeegruppe is beyond the Urals. That's how far our divisions will have to march. I've also changed the missions of my fleets from 'Patrol' to 'Search and Destroy'. The air wings now have missions over enemy territory. So now I can declare war. Now it's official. The Soviets are hopelessly outnumbered and don't even have enough divisions to form a contiguous frontline! 17 Oct 1916: All my divisions in the Armeeschule are fully trained so I begin by assigning 1. Gebirgs-Division to 8th Army. I then deploy 10 more Stoßtruppen-Divisionen.... …. put them in training.... ….and create 6th Army using the trained divisions. I put General von Francois in command and order it to Vilma. I also deploy 15 Ersatz-Divisionen early.... …. and place them in training. 23 Oct 1916: The focus Naval Gun Effort II has been completed.... ….and select Equipment Effort II next. 01 Nov 1916: The British are modernizing the Royal Navy.... ….while the Italians are improving their infrastructure. They do have a lot of divisions on their border with Austria-Hungary. No support for the Soviet Union!
