18 Nov 1936: Research on Concentrated Industry II has completed.
I choose to research the SP-AT Marder II which will make something useful out of my useless Pz. Is and Pz. IIs.
05 Dec 1936: The doctrine Delay is selected. The +15% organization is very useful.
I also spend 150 PPs on Henschel tank designers with emphasis on speed and reliability
08 Dec 1936: I upgrade 8 more infantry divisions.
16 Dec 1936: The focus KdF-Wagen is completed.
I choose Treaty with the USSR next - a joint tank design venture.
I also deploy another 8 infantry divisions.
19 Dec 1936: AT-gun development has been completed.
Time to develop a Fallschirmjäger force.
27 Dec 1936: Two fully trained motorized infantry divisions are assigned to Guderian's new Panzerarmee. I say new because the forces used against Austria were barely a Corps-sized unit and in need of reform.
A couple of days later the SP-AT Marder II becomes available.
I select the doctrine Dive Bombing next.
06 Jan 1937: A new year begins and 8 trained 'Assault Divisions' are transferred to von Manstein's army.
Now I can form an army group for my upcoming operation against Czechoslovakia. Rommel's current orders are cancelled.
Then I create Armeegruppe 1 under the command of Feldmarschall von Rundstedt.
New plans are created. Erich von Manstein's Armee supported by Guderian's Panzers are to break through the Czech defences and rush to Romania before they can create solid defences. Rommel's mission is to crush the Czech forces then support von Manstein.
17 Jan 1936: Finally Germany is free of the shackles of reparation.
We now have 31 CFs supporting new construction.
25 Jan 1937: Goebbels has been busy again...
30 Jan 1937: Great news! Mechanical Computing has been researched.
I also need to concentrate on Rubber Processing for the Luftwaffe and motorized units. Aircraft and trucks need tyres, guys....
03 Feb 1937: I hire Hjalmar Schacht to speed up my industrial construction.
22 Feb 1937: I need to import tungsten for my AT production. I go shopping in France.
24 Feb 1937: The Treaty with the USSR has arrived. Now the Soviets must ratify it.
My next focus is Air Innovations. I need the extra air bases.

06 Apr 1939 - Let us stroll around Europe and survey the mood at the brink of war. The Soviets have a very bad opinion of Germany. That is good news. My wars did that. The same in France. Germany - HOI4 - Damn the Soviets! (II)

28 Jan 1941: Just over one week after we responded to the brutal Soviet assault on Finland we have made considerable gains despite the many handicaps which have confronted us. I start recruiting 10 more assault divisions. I like those figures but look at the contribution of the Allies - ZERO!!! 31 Aug 1941. Our forces have captured Kiev, the Ukrainian capital. At Vitebsk the Fallschirmjäger are helping to make contact with the advancing troops. The Soviets suffer a major naval defeat in the Baltic. We also agree to a Non-Aggression Pact with France. 01 Feb 1941: Guderian's Panzerarmee has started to engage the enemy. A gaping hole in the Soviet lines is being created. In addition, Encryption research has been completed. I decide to research Concentrated Industry IV next. 06 Feb 1941: There is intensive fighting north of Gomel.
