Italy - HOI4 - The Aftermath

The Czechs can wait. We have to rearrange the furniture before dealing with them. Let's be honest,  they promised to help the Yugoslavians and quit after 304 dead! Who needs them as an ally. Technically Romania is guaranteeing Czechoslovakian independence. However I didn't attack them, they attacked us so Romania is not obligated to get involved.
My national focus Air Innovations has completed...
...and we have finished researching Construction II.
Adolf needs some new tablets. Spain is already communist and France is heading that way too. Sheer madness what he is proposing.
We have gained a whole bunch of equipment. Enough for about 10 divisions.
Time to upgrade the equipment however. We have gained nothing but WW1 junk. Maybe we can lend lease it to someone.
So, anti-tank guns can be produced in a couple of weeks.
The focus Light Ship Effort will enable a more modern destroyer to be built.
I'm dissolving the Army Group - it has served it's purpose well.
I select half of 2nd Army...
...and use it to garrison Yugoslavia with de Bono in command.
The other half is added to 1st Army and General Messe is placed in charge. The Army is ordered to Vienna.
Another crazy idea which I turn down. I shall leave the Axis but it is still useful at the moment. More about that later.
Next my air wings need to be reorganized.
Czechoslovakia is their new target.
Air wings need to be assigned to the two armies in the north but General Messe is still in transit.
Finally I need to adjust the Construction effort. We now have 31 CFs available. In Jan 1936 we had only 8!
It will be a hot autumn for the Czechs and I prophecy that they will have more than 304 casualties.

28 Jan 1941: Just over one week after we responded to the brutal Soviet assault on Finland we have made considerable gains despite the many handicaps which have confronted us. Italy - HOI4 - Danzig or War?

06 Apr 1939 - Let us stroll around Europe and survey the mood at the brink of war. The Soviets have a very bad opinion of Germany. That is good news. My wars did that. The same in France. That is very good news. Poland needs all the friends it can get. To be expected. 07 April and the insatiable Adolf Hitler is grabbing more territory. 20 Apr 1939 and Radio Detection has been researched. I now select Advanced Machine Tools . I must keep my industry as modern as possible. I'm satisfied with the situation. 09 May 1939 and Computing Machine research is completed. I can now research Decryption-Frequency Analysis . It sounds interesting, 14 Jun 1939 - Decision day for Poland and they quite rightly presumed that Germany would want more than Danzig alone. Prussia - HOI4 - Drang Nach Osten (I)

06 Feb 1917: The Soviets call Georgia into the conflict.... ….and Mongolia too. 11 Feb 1917: Deep penetrations on the Northern Front. 12 Feb 1917: I divert a few divisions from 6th Army south then east to support the southern flank. 14 Feb 1917: The first naval battle ends in a German victory. 19 Feb 1917: I order a couple of divisions to advance on the Soviet capital Petrograd. Two weeks into the campaign and the road to Moscow appears to be free of defenders. Oh, we have lost air superiority over Eastern Germany. 23 Feb 1917: I deploy 6 air wings from my reserves to remedy the situation, 26 Feb 1917: We are at the gates of both Petrograd and Moscow. 27 Feb 1917: I add more MFs to Infantry Equipment and Fokker CAS aircraft. We have captured Novgorod so I send 4 more divisions from 5th Army to Petrograd. 28 Feb 1917: A defeat? 8 old destroyers sunk a battleship and a light cruiser. Give them some medals. We have only 137 dead! Almost a Sunday stroll.
