19 Jun 1941 - The Soviets are still working on the Anti-Capitalist Diplomacy focus - that includes Italy now!
23 Jun 1941 and I select the firm Danieli to bolster my industrial research.
The British are still giving the Germans a headache....
28 Jun 1941: I adjust my Alpine border accordingly.
30 Jun 1941: France's defeat changed the war balance noticeably.
01 Jul 1941: The Army Riviera is fully trained.
I upgrade General Messe's infantry divisions next.
We have enough equipment for that endeavour too.
07 Jul 1941: The struggle for the Alps continues.
14 Jul 1941: Notice that Free French troops are also joining the fray.
15 Jul 1941: Some of Messe's divisions need extra training.
While some coatal divisions can be transferred to Army Italia...
,,,and Army Mobile.
I still have enough reserves for more upgrades.
23 Jul 1941: The noose is tightening....
I continue fortifying my ports and strengthen the Alpine forts.
24 Jul 1941 and my focus Jet Engine Effort has completed,
I select Construction Engineering next. This is a continuous focus and will remain doing this until I change it.
My aircraft production. Only the SM.79 is a museum piece. 27 out of 58 MFs are allocated to the air forces at the moment.
A couple of trained assault divisions are returned to Army Germania.
26 Jul 1941: Concentrated Industry IV has been researched.
I select Assembly Line Production next.
28 Jul 1941 and more divisions are trained.

All Italian ports are now covered.
I also deploy a couple of air wings in western Slovakia.
The are now 16 British and Free French divisions in the Alps.

Finally a few more coastal divisions leave training.

28 Jan 1941: Just over one week after we responded to the brutal Soviet assault on Finland we have made considerable gains despite the many handicaps which have confronted us. Italy - HOI4 - Danzig or War?

06 Apr 1939 - Let us stroll around Europe and survey the mood at the brink of war. The Soviets have a very bad opinion of Germany. That is good news. My wars did that. The same in France. That is very good news. Poland needs all the friends it can get. To be expected. 07 April and the insatiable Adolf Hitler is grabbing more territory. 20 Apr 1939 and Radio Detection has been researched. I now select Advanced Machine Tools . I must keep my industry as modern as possible. I'm satisfied with the situation. 09 May 1939 and Computing Machine research is completed. I can now research Decryption-Frequency Analysis . It sounds interesting, 14 Jun 1939 - Decision day for Poland and they quite rightly presumed that Germany would want more than Danzig alone. Germany now has a justification to attack Poland (game rules). Meanwhile at home my next focus will be Carrier Effort . Germany - HOI4 - Opposing Hitler

14 Sep 1937: The smoke has cleared and I update my Production. I have 57 MFs now but only 4 are being used on the Luftwaffe. Most of my aircraft designs are outdated though so I don't want to waste too much resources on that junk. My Heer (Army) is also short on everything.... That means I can take a shortcut back to the Heimat (home). 22 Sep 1937: The Oppose Hitler focus is completed.... ….no further comment required. That means Nazis versus the German Military Junta (me). We are at war again. I select the focus Reichsautobahn . The good news is that we vastly outnumber the Nazi forces. Unfortunately my forces are all over Europe and forming a frontline will take time which means I shall lose territory for a while. 23 Sep 1937: Reichsautobahn has been cancelled because I don't own some of the territory required.
