Germany - HOI4 - Organizing das Heer

13 Nov 1937: The war has caused widescale destruction in Germany, also in the newly acquired territories. As you can see I have prioritized repairing Civilian and Military Factories. The infrastructure is the least priority at the moment as I have no intention of going to war unless we are attacked.
The red factories signify factories in need of repair. Here I am creating a variant of the Panzer III.
My aircraft production is taking a big hit.
Obviously I also need to increase my naval facilities.
I add a 3rd artillery battalion and an AT-company to my Assault Division template.
I add two mountain infantry battalions and an AT-Company to my Gebirgsjäger Division.
My Panzer Division now has a medium Panzer battalion plus a Marder battalion replacing the 3 light tank battalions. I will eventually add a 2nd medium tank battalion. I am also recruiting much more divisions now. 15 Infantry divisions and 10 Panzer divisions to name a couple.
I'm moving my Training areas away from the borders- The Infanterieschule to Frankfurt.
The Panzerschule is now located in Munich.
I select 4 Panzer Divisions....
….and convert them to Type II divisions.
I'll need more tungsten so I commence imports from Portugal.
I can also stop importing oil because we have the Romanian oilfields supply us now.
Done.
There is a total of 32 divisions being recruited currently.
I create an upgraded variant of the StuG III Assault Gun....
….and create a production line. The factories still need to be built.
Finally I guarantee the independence of Greece. Italy often attacks that country.
20 Nov 1937: The doctrine Direct Ground Support has been researched.
I research Improved Infantry Equipment I next.
A couple of days later Construction II is completed.
My Luftwaffe needs to learn Formation Flying.
02 Dec 1937: Finally Großraumwirtschaft is completed.
The focus Align Romania is bypassed because I have already conquered it.
I select Secure the New State as the next National Focus. I need to advance down this tree.  A lot of goodies will arrive in 70 days.

Welcome to a new game as Italy. Unlike Australia, Italy is already at war with Abyssinia, it is a fascist nation and has much larger armed forces. However, Mussolini came to power a dozen years before Hitler and his large military is equipped with WW1 equipment, he has only one good general who can't be everywhere at the same time and Mussolini is an idiot. Germany - HOI4 - Looking Eastwards

18 Nov 1936: Research on Concentrated Industry II has completed. I choose to research the SP-AT Marder II which will make something useful out of my useless Pz. Is and Pz. IIs. 05 Dec 1936: The doctrine Delay is selected. The +15% organization is very useful. I also spend 150 PPs on Henschel tank designers with emphasis on speed and reliability 08 Dec 1936: I upgrade 8 more infantry divisions. 16 Dec 1936: The focus KdF-Wagen is completed. I choose Treaty with the USSR next - a joint tank design venture. I also deploy another 8 infantry divisions. 19 Dec 1936: AT-gun development has been completed. Time to develop a Fallschirmjäger force. 27 Dec 1936: Two fully trained motorized infantry divisions are assigned to Guderian's new Panzerarmee. I say new because the forces used against Austria were barely a Corps-sized unit and in need of reform. A couple of days later the SP-AT Marder II becomes available. Italy - HOI4 - Danzig or War?

06 Apr 1939 - Let us stroll around Europe and survey the mood at the brink of war. The Soviets have a very bad opinion of Germany. That is good news. My wars did that. The same in France. That is very good news. Poland needs all the friends it can get. To be expected. 07 April and the insatiable Adolf Hitler is grabbing more territory. 20 Apr 1939 and Radio Detection has been researched. I now select Advanced Machine Tools . I must keep my industry as modern as possible. I'm satisfied with the situation. 09 May 1939 and Computing Machine research is completed. I can now research Decryption-Frequency Analysis . It sounds interesting, 14 Jun 1939 - Decision day for Poland and they quite rightly presumed that Germany would want more than Danzig alone. Germany now has a justification to attack Poland (game rules). Meanwhile at home my next focus will be Carrier Effort .
