Prussia - HOI4 - Luxembourg or Bust

04 Mar 1912: Luxembourg looks like an interesting target but France can easily reinforce the 8 divisions located there.
Meanwhile in East Africa things are not looking too good.
I'm not too hot about these guys either....
….so I disband the division....
….and send the fleet to Cameroun. From there we can hopefully raid a few convoys.
Maybe the two units together can do more.
My orders for 1st Army on the Russian Front.
6th and 9th Armies receive orders too.
07 Mar 1912: Time to attack Luxembourg.
13 Mar 1912: There are now no less than 7 enemy divisions attacking my troops.
14 Mar 1912: The tech Improved Submarine Compartments has been researched.
I choose Air Squadron next.
16 Mar 1912: 18 of our divisions up against 8 of theirs. The French aren't reinforcing.
17 Mar 1912: The focus Reinforce Kaiser's Authority has been completed.
Still looking good.
I choose the focus Militarism next. The brings some interesting effects.
20 Mar 1912: Another naval victory.
Looking very promising. So good that I halt these three divisions attack.
I hire Clemens von Delbrück - a popular person. Some of it might rub off on me.
27 Mar 1912: We captured Luxembourg and I almost didn't notice it.
Finally some movement on the western front!
28 Mar 1912: There's no denying it now.
We even captured some Lebel 1886 rifles. They can go straight to the museum.
A small victory but it is good for morale. Now to the eastern front....

28 Jan 1941: Just over one week after we responded to the brutal Soviet assault on Finland we have made considerable gains despite the many handicaps which have confronted us. Italy - HOI4 - Danzig or War?

06 Apr 1939 - Let us stroll around Europe and survey the mood at the brink of war. The Soviets have a very bad opinion of Germany. That is good news. My wars did that. The same in France. That is very good news. Poland needs all the friends it can get. To be expected. 07 April and the insatiable Adolf Hitler is grabbing more territory. 20 Apr 1939 and Radio Detection has been researched. I now select Advanced Machine Tools . I must keep my industry as modern as possible. I'm satisfied with the situation. 09 May 1939 and Computing Machine research is completed. I can now research Decryption-Frequency Analysis . It sounds interesting, 14 Jun 1939 - Decision day for Poland and they quite rightly presumed that Germany would want more than Danzig alone. Prussia - HOI4 - Drang Nach Osten (I)

06 Feb 1917: The Soviets call Georgia into the conflict.... ….and Mongolia too. 11 Feb 1917: Deep penetrations on the Northern Front. 12 Feb 1917: I divert a few divisions from 6th Army south then east to support the southern flank. 14 Feb 1917: The first naval battle ends in a German victory. 19 Feb 1917: I order a couple of divisions to advance on the Soviet capital Petrograd. Two weeks into the campaign and the road to Moscow appears to be free of defenders. Oh, we have lost air superiority over Eastern Germany. 23 Feb 1917: I deploy 6 air wings from my reserves to remedy the situation, 26 Feb 1917: We are at the gates of both Petrograd and Moscow. 27 Feb 1917: I add more MFs to Infantry Equipment and Fokker CAS aircraft. We have captured Novgorod so I send 4 more divisions from 5th Army to Petrograd. 28 Feb 1917: A defeat? 8 old destroyers sunk a battleship and a light cruiser. Give them some medals. We have only 137 dead! Almost a Sunday stroll.
