Prussia - HOI4 - Moving on

13 Oct 1915: I fortify the border with Denmark....
….and plan a level 5 airfield in Schleswig Holstein.
Then I fortify the port of Kiel....
….and improve the infrastructure in the region.
24 Oct 1915: Army recruitment is doing fine.
07 Nov 1915: The focus Infrastructure Effort II is received....
….as well as the Luftwaffe's first purposely-built tactical bomber, the AEG G.II.
My next focus is Dockyard Expansion II....
….and I select the technology Improved Mechanical Computing as my next research project.
19 Nov 1915: A few divisions are fully trained and I assign them to armies.
24 Nov 1915: The doctrine Mobile Position has been delivered....
….and I decide to upgrade my siege artillery with the 135mm FK 1909.
Time to check what my neighbours are doing. Italy is improving the artillery of their 'pocket' army.
The USA is improving their infrastructure,
while in the UK cousin George wants to give up some of his powers.
The Soviets are entering the Dreadnought era. Isn't that a bit too advanced for peasants?
Last but not least is Turkey and they are also into Dreadnoughts.
We are still unpopular with many nations....
….but we are very popular with nations that also have an Authoritarian government system.
It's the Democracies which don't like us. I explain that with one word. Envy.
Yes. Austria-Hungary now has a large air force. I have hundred's of aircraft not yet deployed so they don't show on this table.
The Central Powers are the dominant force in the world with Comintern way behind. Bis bald, folks.

28 Jan 1941: Just over one week after we responded to the brutal Soviet assault on Finland we have made considerable gains despite the many handicaps which have confronted us. Italy - HOI4 - Danzig or War?

06 Apr 1939 - Let us stroll around Europe and survey the mood at the brink of war. The Soviets have a very bad opinion of Germany. That is good news. My wars did that. The same in France. That is very good news. Poland needs all the friends it can get. To be expected. 07 April and the insatiable Adolf Hitler is grabbing more territory. 20 Apr 1939 and Radio Detection has been researched. I now select Advanced Machine Tools . I must keep my industry as modern as possible. I'm satisfied with the situation. 09 May 1939 and Computing Machine research is completed. I can now research Decryption-Frequency Analysis . It sounds interesting, 14 Jun 1939 - Decision day for Poland and they quite rightly presumed that Germany would want more than Danzig alone. Germany now has a justification to attack Poland (game rules). Meanwhile at home my next focus will be Carrier Effort . Prussia - HOI4 - Drang Nach Osten (I)

06 Feb 1917: The Soviets call Georgia into the conflict.... ….and Mongolia too. 11 Feb 1917: Deep penetrations on the Northern Front. 12 Feb 1917: I divert a few divisions from 6th Army south then east to support the southern flank. 14 Feb 1917: The first naval battle ends in a German victory. 19 Feb 1917: I order a couple of divisions to advance on the Soviet capital Petrograd. Two weeks into the campaign and the road to Moscow appears to be free of defenders. Oh, we have lost air superiority over Eastern Germany. 23 Feb 1917: I deploy 6 air wings from my reserves to remedy the situation, 26 Feb 1917: We are at the gates of both Petrograd and Moscow. 27 Feb 1917: I add more MFs to Infantry Equipment and Fokker CAS aircraft. We have captured Novgorod so I send 4 more divisions from 5th Army to Petrograd. 28 Feb 1917: A defeat? 8 old destroyers sunk a battleship and a light cruiser. Give them some medals. We have only 137 dead! Almost a Sunday stroll....
