Prussia - HOI4 - Endless Steppes
07 May 1917: The advance guards of 6th Army have reached the Urals while elements of 5th Army are nearing the Aral Sea.
10 May 1917: Advance elements are now trans-Ural and are heading to the next objective, the city of Akmolinsk. The white 'blotches' are urban areas (cities) and need to be captured for victory points.
17 May 1917: The orders are issued.
19 May 1917: Akmolinsk is the white blotch centre-right. The nine German divisions bottom-left are heading to Tashkent and Russia's southern border.
21 May 1917: We receive the focus Doctrine Effort II.
The next focus is Air Bombing Effort.
Now 87% towards capitulation.
22 May 1917: We receive the technology Trench Mortar I and....
….select Early Support Weapons III next.
5 divisions from Army Baltikum in the northern sector are also supporting our thrust to the East. There are no cities up there but our left flank is covered.
24 May 1917: 5th Army is advancing in the centre of our front. Mongolia is the green territory south of "Qing".
29 May 1917: A division from 5th Army is nearing Tashkent.
01 Jun 1917: A Soviet Division is sighted.
It is engaged in battle so that divisions form the second echelon can catch up. Omsk in the north is about to be captured. The Soviets have built absolutely no defences. I would have had an entrenched division in each one of these cities to buy time for more recruits to arrive. They can't win but they could prevent me from winning the war. These units are now about 5,000 km from Berlin. That is a long supply line.
08 Jun 1917: 6 divisions from 1st Army are ordered into Mongolia.
12 Jun 1917: A second Soviet division has arrived at the front.
Forces are being diverted to engage them.
16 Jun 1917: The trap is closing.
That's all for this post. It looks like we shall have to conquer Mongolia. It and the Soviet Union are the only two Comintern nations left. Let's purge the world of communism. Bis bald....
