Italy - HOI4 -Setting up (II) and first blood.

So, this is what an Italian infantry division looks like. An Australian division has 11 battalions of infantry! They are good enough to fight Abyssinians though. Many of those don't even have rifles.
I start recruiting 8 more divisions...
...then choose Ethiopian War Logistics as my first focus.
The status of the war...
 ...and I am only receiving 0.57 PP per day.
My battle plan for the northern front...
...and the southern front in East Africa.
I assign air missions to my squadrons in Europe.
My first problem. Someone else has grabbed the Romanian oil...
...so I cancel that and go to Russia instead. Neither of us are proud...
We have superior forces over the entire front (green is good).
All other Italian divisions are on their way to the Austrian border..
...except for the alpine divisions on their way to Eritrea.
One week into the battle...
...and here the alpine divisions are already at sea,
That's the preparations done. Now all I have to do is win the war.

28 Jan 1941: Just over one week after we responded to the brutal Soviet assault on Finland we have made considerable gains despite the many handicaps which have confronted us. Germany - HOI4 - Opposing Hitler

14 Sep 1937: The smoke has cleared and I update my Production. I have 57 MFs now but only 4 are being used on the Luftwaffe. Most of my aircraft designs are outdated though so I don't want to waste too much resources on that junk. My Heer (Army) is also short on everything.... That means I can take a shortcut back to the Heimat (home). 22 Sep 1937: The Oppose Hitler focus is completed.... ….no further comment required. That means Nazis versus the German Military Junta (me). We are at war again. I select the focus Reichsautobahn . The good news is that we vastly outnumber the Nazi forces. Unfortunately my forces are all over Europe and forming a frontline will take time which means I shall lose territory for a while. 23 Sep 1937: Reichsautobahn has been cancelled because I don't own some of the territory required. Italy - HOI4 - Danzig or War?

06 Apr 1939 - Let us stroll around Europe and survey the mood at the brink of war. The Soviets have a very bad opinion of Germany. That is good news. My wars did that. The same in France. That is very good news. Poland needs all the friends it can get. To be expected. 07 April and the insatiable Adolf Hitler is grabbing more territory. 20 Apr 1939 and Radio Detection has been researched. I now select Advanced Machine Tools . I must keep my industry as modern as possible. I'm satisfied with the situation. 09 May 1939 and Computing Machine research is completed. I can now research Decryption-Frequency Analysis . It sounds interesting, 14 Jun 1939 - Decision day for Poland and they quite rightly presumed that Germany would want more than Danzig alone.
