Italy - HOI4 - Army Upgrading

It's the beginning of May 1938 and better equipment for the infantry is arriving.

Support Weapons II and Improved Infantry Equipment I.

Now the artillery needs modernization.

The anti-tank guns too. Note that both are 1939 designs.

My research projects plus showing you that the Wehrmacht has indeed left for the Polish border.

We are very short on Support Equipment and Fiat 626 trucks.

I rearrange the MFs so that both now have 10 each supporting them.

Now it's time to give some captured equipment to the Japanese in the form of Lend Lease.

I also give them all the L3 tankettes.

17 May 1938 and two new MFs are also allocated to producing trucks.

We need to import more oil. From the USA this time.

21 May 1938: I shall deploy the 5 infantry divisions early.

Then assign them to Army Training. (I always colour them ochre).

I've increase recruitment to seven per batch. We have the personnel.

31 May and my air force can now learn Formation Flying.

They can practice Dive Bombing next.

My Paratroop Division is a little weak so I shall double the number of infantry battalions.

Add Support Artillery...

 ...and Engineers.

That has cost us 35 XPs.

Unfortunately I can't train any yet.

16 Jun 1938 and I want do some cosmetics on my airbase at Piedmont.

I increase the 18th Storno to 72 Ba.65 aircraft.

I have enough in reserve to do that.

The Special Forces focus hasn't finished yet. It requires a further 12 days.
