Germany . HOI4 - Return to Peace

23 Apr 1942: Since I have no ambition of going to war again but it won't hurt to indulge in defensive measures. The Republic needs to be defended.
I also need to "Ease up Conscription" and go back to "Service as Required".
I assign Army Group 1 to our new border with the Russian Federation.
24 Apr 1942: The Olympic Games were held in Tokyo despite world tensions.
26 Apr 1942: Denmark....
….then Norway join the Allies.
Australia then many more of the Allies, but not the UK, cancel their non-aggression pact with Germany. Need I be worried?
I add a Marder tank-destoyer battalion to my Motorized Infantry division template.
01 May 1942: The focus Naval Air Effort has completed.
Next I choose the continuous focus Naval Production.
I cancel the oil imports from Venezuela....
….as well as the tungsten from Sweden.
The global situation as of 01 May 1942.
Time for a pause. Bis bald....

28 Jan 1941: Just over one week after we responded to the brutal Soviet assault on Finland we have made considerable gains despite the many handicaps which have confronted us. Italy - HOI4 - Danzig or War?

06 Apr 1939 - Let us stroll around Europe and survey the mood at the brink of war. The Soviets have a very bad opinion of Germany. That is good news. My wars did that. The same in France. That is very good news. Poland needs all the friends it can get. To be expected. 07 April and the insatiable Adolf Hitler is grabbing more territory. 20 Apr 1939 and Radio Detection has been researched. I now select Advanced Machine Tools . I must keep my industry as modern as possible. I'm satisfied with the situation. 09 May 1939 and Computing Machine research is completed. I can now research Decryption-Frequency Analysis . It sounds interesting, 14 Jun 1939 - Decision day for Poland and they quite rightly presumed that Germany would want more than Danzig alone. Germany - HOI4 - Opposing Hitler

14 Sep 1937: The smoke has cleared and I update my Production. I have 57 MFs now but only 4 are being used on the Luftwaffe. Most of my aircraft designs are outdated though so I don't want to waste too much resources on that junk. My Heer (Army) is also short on everything.... That means I can take a shortcut back to the Heimat (home). 22 Sep 1937: The Oppose Hitler focus is completed.... ….no further comment required. That means Nazis versus the German Military Junta (me). We are at war again. I select the focus Reichsautobahn . The good news is that we vastly outnumber the Nazi forces. Unfortunately my forces are all over Europe and forming a frontline will take time which means I shall lose territory for a while. 23 Sep 1937: Reichsautobahn has been cancelled because I don't own some of the territory required.
