Ottoman - HOI4 - New Ottoman Empire

I played the campaign until 01 Mar 1915 and without Serbia the Great War didn't happen - this is what SE Europe looks like:
Here the global picture. Pretty boring so I went back in time to 10 Jan 1913 and carved up the Balkan League differently. This time I annex Bulgaria, Greece and Montenegro. I also take Moravia but ignore Serbia so they can still assassinated the Austro-Hungarian Crown Prince if they wish.

We are 7th in the global standings.
The Empire does look impressive.
I convert the 6 trained Garrison Divisions to Infantry Divisions....
….then order them to garrison the northern regions of the Empire.
I order Army Thrace to the border with Bosnia.
12 Jan 1913: I upgrade 4 of the old-style Cavalry Divisions....
….then send the entire 2nd Army to Aleppo.
I upgrade 2 more and order them to Aleppo as well.
We have surplus equipment for the army. That's something new....
I recruit 6 new Garrison Divisions.
I import oil from Russia.
13 Jan 1913: Then I lower steel imported from Russia.
I order the other half of Army Bulgaria to Sofia.
22 Jan 1913: I split 1st Fleet then order the newly created 3rd Fleet to the Red Sea.
Admiral Izzet Cakmak becomes the new commander.
Done.
2nd Fleet patrols the Eastern Mediterranean....
….and will be receiving the new destroyers as they arrive.
My Research Projects. Nothing will be completed for a while.
What the current focus will deliver.
31 Jan 1913: Four more Infantry Divisions are assigned to Army Bulgaria.
20 Feb 1913: Arriba!
Next I upgrade two Garrison Divisions to Reserve Divisions - they have no artillery.
Then 6 more.
That has pretty much reorganized everything. Now all we need is a plan.

28 Jan 1941: Just over one week after we responded to the brutal Soviet assault on Finland we have made considerable gains despite the many handicaps which have confronted us. Italy - HOI4 - Danzig or War?

06 Apr 1939 - Let us stroll around Europe and survey the mood at the brink of war. The Soviets have a very bad opinion of Germany. That is good news. My wars did that. The same in France. That is very good news. Poland needs all the friends it can get. To be expected. 07 April and the insatiable Adolf Hitler is grabbing more territory. 20 Apr 1939 and Radio Detection has been researched. I now select Advanced Machine Tools . I must keep my industry as modern as possible. I'm satisfied with the situation. 09 May 1939 and Computing Machine research is completed. I can now research Decryption-Frequency Analysis . It sounds interesting, 14 Jun 1939 - Decision day for Poland and they quite rightly presumed that Germany would want more than Danzig alone. Germany now has a justification to attack Poland (game rules). Meanwhile at home my next focus will be Carrier Effort . Germany - HOI4 - Opposing Hitler

14 Sep 1937: The smoke has cleared and I update my Production. I have 57 MFs now but only 4 are being used on the Luftwaffe. Most of my aircraft designs are outdated though so I don't want to waste too much resources on that junk. My Heer (Army) is also short on everything.... That means I can take a shortcut back to the Heimat (home). 22 Sep 1937: The Oppose Hitler focus is completed.... ….no further comment required. That means Nazis versus the German Military Junta (me). We are at war again. I select the focus Reichsautobahn . The good news is that we vastly outnumber the Nazi forces. Unfortunately my forces are all over Europe and forming a frontline will take time which means I shall lose territory for a while. 23 Sep 1937: Reichsautobahn has been cancelled because I don't own some of the territory required.
