Prussia - HOI4 - German Empire 4.0

18 Jul 1917: The guns are silent again and the German Empire is unarguably the most powerful nation in the world but also the most vulnerable to an attack. Huge areas are not only inadequately defended but one could argue that they are undefendable. I intend changing that by continuing what I started in 1913. Fortifying expanded ports, deploying fleets around the world, building air bases and stationing air fleets at them. I also need to send more troops to garrison the new territories.
The biggest change is of course in Asia. I now have a huge border with the Qing Dynasty of China and fortunately we appear to be on good terms. I more worried about Japan. I need to expand my Pacific Fleet but can I support it?
New neighbours here and all the oil I ever wanted. No change politically in Europe. I've already started maximizing my infrastructure from West to East. I shall also begin building it from Vladivostok westwards.
Nothing has changed in the Pacific except in Russia which I have already mentioned. I shall also be building the usual port, airfield and fortress combination on key islands.
In the southern hemisphere I've discovered more territory - the island bottom-right in this pic. I also have apiece of territory in India. on the mainland north of Ceylon.
I hope to stay out of conflicts and to keep modernizing my armed forces in addition to creating a global Empire. Bis bald....

28 Jan 1941: Just over one week after we responded to the brutal Soviet assault on Finland we have made considerable gains despite the many handicaps which have confronted us. I start recruiting 10 more assault divisions. I like those figures but look at the contribution of the Allies - ZERO!!! 31 Aug 1941. Our forces have captured Kiev, the Ukrainian capital. Italy - HOI4 - Danzig or War?

06 Apr 1939 - Let us stroll around Europe and survey the mood at the brink of war. The Soviets have a very bad opinion of Germany. That is good news. My wars did that. The same in France. That is very good news. Poland needs all the friends it can get. To be expected. 07 April and the insatiable Adolf Hitler is grabbing more territory. 20 Apr 1939 and Radio Detection has been researched. I now select Advanced Machine Tools . I must keep my industry as modern as possible. I'm satisfied with the situation. 09 May 1939 and Computing Machine research is completed. I can now research Decryption-Frequency Analysis . It sounds interesting, 14 Jun 1939 - Decision day for Poland and they quite rightly presumed that Germany would want more than Danzig alone. Prussia - HOI4 - Drang Nach Osten (I)

06 Feb 1917: The Soviets call Georgia into the conflict.... ….and Mongolia too. 11 Feb 1917: Deep penetrations on the Northern Front. 12 Feb 1917: I divert a few divisions from 6th Army south then east to support the southern flank. 14 Feb 1917: The first naval battle ends in a German victory. 19 Feb 1917: I order a couple of divisions to advance on the Soviet capital Petrograd. Two weeks into the campaign and the road to Moscow appears to be free of defenders. Oh, we have lost air superiority over Eastern Germany. 23 Feb 1917: I deploy 6 air wings from my reserves to remedy the situation, 26 Feb 1917: We are at the gates of both Petrograd and Moscow. 27 Feb 1917: I add more MFs to Infantry Equipment and Fokker CAS aircraft. We have captured Novgorod so I send 4 more divisions from 5th Army to Petrograd. 28 Feb 1917: A defeat? 8 old destroyers sunk a battleship and a light cruiser. Give them some medals. We have only 137 dead! Almost a Sunday stroll.
