Prussia - HOI4 - Modernization and Going Global (III)

21 Oct 1917: I need more Motorized stuff.

So I take 5 MFs from both Field and Siege Artillery so there are now 23 MFs assigned to Motorized. I shall need them because the new Panzer-Divisionen have motorized infantry battalions.

I improve the design of the new Panzer and start producing it.

22 Oct 1917: I have excess armoured cars....

….so I add an extra battalion of them to the new division template.

I do the same to the old design too.

That means there will be less change when the division is converted and they'll be more effective if we get involved in a conflict.

I also upgrade Stoßtruppen-Divisionen.

Stahlhelm + Infantry battalion = re-equipped Infantry battalion. I have to do that for each of the nine battalions. The division now has a greater defence factor.

Festungs-Divisionen get the same treatment.

I upgrade 3 Panzer-Divisionen to Heavy Armoured Divisions....

….and place them in a new Panzerschule.

29 Oct 1917: I create a new production line for U-Booten and assign them to Ostasienschwadron.

31 Oct 1917: Three Festungs-Divisionen are now fully-trained so I assign them to 4th Army on the border with Spain....

….and off they go.

05 Nov 1917: My Construction schedule.

07 Nov 1917: I add a couple of Synthetic Oil Plants in the Far East and place them at the top of the schedule.

Changing the template changed the battalions in all divisions. Just checking....

I put Ostasienschwadron on Patrol in the South China Sea - showing the flag....

Next and nearer to home I upgrade Corsica. It receives a level 5 port....

….a level 5 coastal fort....

….and a level 3 airbase (enough for 600 aircraft).
